Who We Are
Honey Dones was founded by Will and Courtney, a husband-and-wife team who believe homeowners deserve reliable, thoughtful help for the tasks that keep a home running smoothly — especially the ones that often get overlooked.
Will was born and raised in Brownwood and spent six years serving in the United States Navy, traveling the world and developing a strong foundation in discipline, accountability, and communication. After his military service, Will built a career in the renewable energy industry, starting as a field technician and ultimately serving as a construction manager overseeing large-scale installation and repower projects. In 2025, he made the decision to step away from that career to spend more time at home and to build something meaningful alongside Courtney — a business rooted in service, reliability, and community.
Courtney brings the design-driven and strategic side of Honey Dones. With a lifelong passion for real estate and interior design, she has designed and renovated seven properties in the past four years, many of which now operate as highly rated short-term rentals.
From full renovations to space planning and interior styling, her work consistently receives guest praise for functionality, comfort, and attention to detail. Courtney & Will are also the owner of Hometown Hospitality, where they manage short-term rental properties and oversee the full lifecycle of design, maintenance, and guest experience.
As short-term rental owners themselves, Will and Courtney know firsthand how challenging it can be to find dependable help for small but important tasks — especially when managing properties remotely or juggling busy schedules. Honey Dones was created to solve that exact problem.
By combining hands-on construction experience, design expertise, and real-world property management knowledge, Honey Dones offers practical, efficient home services with a higher standard of care. Whether it’s knocking out a long to-do list, maintaining a second property, or helping a home feel finished and functional, the goal is always the same: clear communication, quality work, and results you can trust.

Honey Dones exists to reduce stress for homeowners by handling the tasks that pile up, get postponed, or fall through the cracks. When those things are taken care of, people get their time — and peace of mind — back.
