Our base rate is $200 per load (up to 200 cubic feet and 2,000 lbs)

Depending on load time, weight, and trailer capacity, the total will increase incrementally — we charge a fair, transparent add-on for longer loading times, heavier items, and when trailer space requires extra trips or handling.
Additional Charges
$1.50 per mile outside Brownwood city limits (mileage assessed from your location to city landfill.)
Mattresses — $10 surcharge
Appliances — $20 surcharge
Heavy items — $25+ surcharge
Limited access or long carry distances (accessibility) — $25+ surcharge
Labor/Load Time — First hour included, additional time: $75/hour
Pricing depends on load size, weight, item type, access to the pickup area, and distance outside city limits.
