No — installations use existing wiring only. We will notify the homeowner if wiring needs to be replaced and connect them with one of our trusted electricians.

We don’t include specialized mounting hardware as part of our standard service price. Some installations—especially tricky mounts on brick, stone, stucco, concrete, or unusual framing—require specific anchors, bolts, or brackets to ensure a safe, secure, and code‑compliant installation. When that happens, we’ll select the correct hardware for the job and charge the customer for those parts. We always:
Inspect the site and identify any special hardware needs before or during the job.
Notify you if unusual or higher‑cost materials are required.
Provide a clear itemized receipt showing the parts and costs.
This ensures your installation is done right the first time and protects your property and our crew. If you prefer, you can supply the hardware beforehand — just let us know so we can confirm suitability.
