The 9th Street project was our first full remodel — and the one that taught us the most. When we purchased the home, it was extremely outdated and in need of significant updates. What began as a flip quickly turned into an opportunity to reimagine the space entirely.

We opened up the floor plan to create a more functional, open-concept layout and designed a standout primary suite featuring a walk-in wet room and a freestanding soaking tub. One of the most unique elements of this project was converting the detached garage and shop into a dedicated game room, adding flexible space and a fun, unexpected touch.

As the renovation came together, we realized this home had more to offer than a quick sale. We decided to keep it as a short-term rental — a decision that’s proven worthwhile, as we still own and operate the property today.

The 9th Street project marks the beginning of our renovation journey. It’s where we learned invaluable lessons about design, construction, and how homes are truly used — lessons that continue to shape every project we take on.
